This promotion is intended for participation in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States. You may not enter if you are not eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of and located in one of the eligible states or D.C.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these rules before entering the exclusivelyLDS Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all giveaway eligibility requirements. Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on June 6, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on July 24, 2008 ("Promotion Period").

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Employees of exclusivelyLDS LLC ("Sponsor"), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to participate. For purposes of these rules, "immediate families" means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, step-children, and the spouses of each of the foregoing.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To Enter Online: Newsletter Subscription Drawing: Go to www.yourLDSneighborhood.com and follow the on-screen instructions to receive a free subscription to the exclusivelyLDS newsletter and gain entry into the Giveaway, during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address. You will be entered into each prize drawing which takes place during the Promotion Period which occurs after the date of your entry, PROVIDED HOWEVER, THAT IF YOU OPT OUT FROM THE FREE SUBSCRIPTION TO THE EXCLUSIVELYLDS NEWSLETTER, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY DRAWINGS WHICH TAKE PLACE AFTER THE DATE YOU HAVE OPTED OUT. Tell A Friend Drawing: You will also be eligible for a chance to win a "tell-a-friend" prize if you provide the valid name and e-mail address of another person. Limit one (1) tell-a-friend entry per person/household/e-mail address regardless of number of valid names and e-mail addresses submitted. Follow on-screen instructions for submitting a name/e-mail address using the Tell A Friend feature. The e-mail address submitted must be of a person you personally know. The e-mail will be sent to your friend from Sponsor.

3. PRIZE DRAWINGS: Prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible entries received as set forth above in accordance with the following schedule as of each drawing date at approximately the following time: 1:00 p.m. Central Time:

Annual Prize - One (1) Annual Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on July 31, 2008.

Semi-Annual Prizes: Two (2) Semi-annual Prize winners (one per drawing) will be selected in random drawings on December 24, 2007 and June 24, 2008.

Quarterly Prizes: Four (4) Quarterly Prize winners (one per drawing) will be selected in random drawings on: September 24, 2007, December 24, 2007, March 24, 2008, June 24, 2008.

Monthly Prizes: Sixty (60) Monthly Prize winners (five per drawing) will be selected in random drawings on: July 24, 2007, August 24, 2007, September 24, 2007, October 24, 2007, November 24, 2007, December 24, 2007, January 24, 2008, February 24, 2008, March 24, 2008, April 24, 2008, May 24, 2008, and June 24, 2008.

Tell-A-Friend Prizes: Twelve (12) Tell-A-Friend Prize winners (one per drawing) will be selected in a random drawing on: July 24, 2007, August 24, 2007, September 24, 2007, October 24, 2007, November 24, 2007, December 24, 2007, January 24, 2008, February 24, 2008, March 24, 2008, April 24, 2008, May 24, 2008, June 24, 2008.

Potential winners will be selected by an independent judging agency whose decisions shall be final on all matters related to this Giveaway. Non-winning entries for any drawing will roll over into subsequent drawings during the Promotion Period (if any) only if entrant maintains an exclusivelyLDS subscription. Potential winners will be notified by phone within three (3) business days following the drawing, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, or if any winner does not meet eligibility criteria, or if any prize documentation is returned as undeliverable, or any phone number is non-working, the original winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All prizes will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize won by a minor in any state where the age of majority is not 18 will be awarded to such minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Annual Prize: 7-day/6-night trip for two persons (winner and guest) to Beijing, China. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's residence, 5 nights' standard hotel accommodations in Beijing, China, and some sight-seeing activities including a tour of the Great Wall of China and Imperial Palace. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Annual Prize: up to $4,000. Actual value may depend upon winner's point of travel origin, dates of travel, and airfare fluctuations as of date of travel. Selection of airline and hotel is at Sponsor's sole discretion. Tours are at Sponsor's discretion and are subject to availability. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2008 or prize is forfeited. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights beyond its control). Winner and guest must each have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid United States passport) required for travel outside of the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If guest is a minor in their state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Guest has no independent right or claim to any prize. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner or winner's guest will be forfeited. Two (2) Semi-Annual Prizes: 7-night Cruise for two persons (winner and guest) to the winner's choice of either the Caribbean or Mexico. Prize includes inside category 4A accommodations onboard, port taxes and round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to the cruise departure city. ARV of Semi-Annual Prize: up to $1,800 each. Actual value may depend upon winner's point of travel origin, dates of travel, and airfare fluctuations as of date of travel. Selection of airline and cruise line is at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to government fees and air taxes, transfers from airport to ship, tips, gratuities, and alcoholic beverages while onboard ship, and shore excursions, are solely the responsibility of winner and guest. All travel must be completed by December 15, 2008 or prize is forfeited. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, cruise line, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights or cruises beyond its control). Winner and guest must each have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid United States passport) required for travel outside of the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If guest is a minor in their state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Guest has no independent right or claim to any prize. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner or winner's guest will be forfeited. Four (4) Quarterly Prizes: iPod Nano 8GB (silver) plus $50 gift certificate redeemable for LDS music. ARV: $249.99 each. Sixty (60) Monthly Prizes: LDS music CD. ARV: $20 each. Twelve (12) Tell A Friend Prizes: $250 American Express gift card. Gift card subject to all terms and conditions imposed by issuer. ARV: $250 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $12,799.96. Winners are responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prizes that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to taxes. Lost or stolen American Express gift cards will not be replaced.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of each applicable drawing.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these rules or cancel the Giveaway at any time, or to modify, terminate, or suspend the Giveaway should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper participation in the Giveaway or submission of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to any entrant's or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses.

7. MISCELLANEOUS. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that Sponsor and its affiliates and agents will have no liability, and will be held harmless by such winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsor. Participants agree that the decisions of Sponsor related to the Giveaway and all drawings are final. By participating in the Giveaway, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs and/or likenesses in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
